Welcome to Findmystudio. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the booking of creative studios (rehearsal rooms, recording suites, dance halls, and podcast rooms). By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.

Definitions

• "Findmystudio" refers to the platform, website, and services provided.
• "Customer" refers to any person booking a studio space.
• "Studio Owner" refers to any person or entity listing a studio space.
• "Studio" refers to any creative space listed on the platform (rehearsal, recording, dance, podcast, photography).
• "Booking" refers to a confirmed reservation of a studio space.

Use of the Website

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
• You may not use our website for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
• You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration and booking.
• You must be 18 years or older to create an account or make a booking.

Account Registration

• Customers can register to book studios.
• Studio Owners can register to list and manage their studios.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.

Studio Listings

Studio owners agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about their studio
• Maintain updated availability and pricing
• Respond to booking requests in a timely manner
• Provide a safe and clean environment
• Honor confirmed bookings
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Bookings and Payments

• By making a booking, you are confirming your reservation for the selected time slot.
• Bookings can be paid via Card Payment (processed securely through PayHere) or Bank Transfer (manual verification by studio owner).
• A platform fee may apply to certain bookings (displayed at checkout).
• Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the studio owner.
• A 10-minute hold is placed on the booking during checkout.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking for any reason, including but not limited to availability or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payment Processing

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please refer to our dedicated Cancellation Policy page for detailed information on cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling.

Refunds are at the sole discretion of the Studio Owner based on their assessment. Request for refund must be communicated promptly through support channels and reviewed within 2-3 business days.

Platform Fee

A separate platform fee may apply to bookings (displayed at checkout) to compensate Findmystudio for operating the platform and providing booking, payment, and support services. The platform fee is non-refundable in all cases.

Intellectual Property & Liability

All content on our website is the property of Findmystudio or its licensors. Findmystudio acts as a platform connecting customers and studio owners and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of studio spaces listed.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sri Lanka.
